Born and raised in New Jersey, Liz began her real estate career in the late 1980’s. She moved to Statesville, North Carolina in 1990 and has resided here since then. While getting to know the area, she was a night auditor/clerk at two local hotels.  In 1996, married with two small children, Liz decided to go back into real estate, and obtained her North Carolina license. Over the years, she has won awards for her service, received her ABR, managed another company, property manager and owned her own company. In April 2013, Liz wanted to stop the managing role and spend more time with her family and her clients, providing the best service possible. Liz is a Strategic Pricing Specialist, member of the National Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, Charlotte Regional Realtor Association, and Charlotte Multiple Listing Service.

For over 15 years, Liz volunteered at Iredell Statesville Schools, serving on many boards and winning Volunteer of the Year award. She believes everyone should do their part in making a difference in someone’s life. With that mindset, she loves serving her clients with their needs as her priority.
